When you work with us to buy a home, our commission is paid by the seller. We then rebate 30% of this commission to you at closing. This will save you thousands of dollars that we will pay towards your closing costs instead of you having to pay these costs out of your pocket.

How are you different than other hero programs?

When you work with us to buy a home, we provide you with the rebate out of our commission no matter which lender you choose to work with.

Yes, we will consult with you and then refer you to several lenders who may be the best fit for you. Some buyers are more concerned about getting the best rates while others need more of their costs covered through a lender credit. We’ll help you determine what’s best for you.
